Firefighter/Paramedic Glen Cefalo’s Retirement Day

On Monday April 11, 2016 the Brewster Fire Department hosted a meet and greet event at Fire Headquarters to honor retiring Firefighter/Paramedic Glen Cefalo for his 29 years of service to the department and community. During his career “Firefighter Glen” as he is known too many residents was a stellar advocate of community based fire safety education and fire inspection services. He was responsible for developing and presenting many fire safety programs to our community’s school aged children and senior citizens and was always searching for improved ways to deliver this critical life safety message. He is without a doubt one of the main reasons for the high level of fire safety within our community and we stand indebted to him for these efforts.

The members of our department thank “Firefighter Glen” for his many dedicated years of service to our organization and the community.  We wish him many years of health and happiness in his retirement!
