Brewster Chooses Owners Project Manager and Design Firm for the Fire Headquarters Construction Project

 

After a lengthy and detailed process that included the submittal of written proposals and individual interviews for the positions of owner project manager (OPM) and fire station designer the fire department is pleased to announce that Pomroy Associates has been chosen as the OPM and CDR Maguire as the design firm. Pomroy Associates has extensive experience managing both fire station and other municipal construction projects and is currently working as the OPM for the construction of a new fire headquarters in the Town of Chatham.  CDR Maguire also has extensive design experience with fire and municipal construction projects including the completion of two feasibility studies (2008 & 2013) pertaining to the design of a new fire headquarters for the Brewster Fire Department. The members of our internal fire station committee look forward to working with these two award winning firms in designing and constructing a facility that meets the current and future needs of our organization and our great community for many years to come.
